Workshop
During the workshop everyone gets his own Seatbuilder training where the other can sharpen his observing eye and help and feel during the training. In addition, we do 1 or a few exercises from the theory of movement or cooperation exercises that you can learn a lot from.

Course (autumn 2018)
During this course the training can be followed at your own pace. These are 4 course moments that are identical to a workshop, but then a nice structure to be able to develop further quickly.
